Our Story

While working many late nights at Ernst & Young and Deloitte, Bhri witnessed something special about the best executives and leaders on her team. They were all being coached by highly professional and experienced executive coaches. Having also worked with poor-performing and over-stressed leaders and seeing team members subsequently lose motivation and quit, Bhri deeply understood the value of successful leadership coaching.

From this experience, Bhri became passionate about helping executives, leaders, and business owners create highly motivated and successful teams so that companies could achieve their most ambitious goals. With a strong purpose in helping leaders achieve more success, work-life balance, and well-being, Protoly was born.

Bhri Casano

President and Founder

Bhri is a strong believer in personal and professional development. She also believes that every individual can reach their highest potential. While working in highly demanding roles, Bhri developed a strong ability to overcome her limiting beliefs and achieve what she wanted to in her personal and professional life. Coaching, however, helped her achieve her goals in both, her professional and personal life. Today she lives a very happy life working on Protoly where she is following her passion, working part time at Access Industries Inc., and spending time with her family. She has a two year old daughter and they are expecting an addition to the family in December 2018. In her free time, Bhri loves spending time with her family and friends and traveling.

He has 35 plus years of experience in effective and successful coaching, training, organizational development, and management consulting. Lisa balances warmth and rigor to help her clients achieve their personal and professional goals with speed and velocity. Lisa excels at guiding individuals to rediscover their intrinsic, unique skill sets and apply it to all aspects of life so that they can truly live a life of their dreams.

Prior to coaching, Lisa led a fulfilling career in recruiting and development for non-profits, internet start-ups, and Fortune 500 companies. It was here that she discovered that resilient transformations can happen anywhere, at anytime given the inspirational commitments that individuals and teams make.

Over the past three decades, Nick has started, built, and sold several businesses in the financial services and technology industries. Today, he designs and delivers programs that make other business owners, corporate executives, sales organizations, and operational teams immediately more effective.

He is the former Chairman of the Area Development Council and a founding member of the Advisory Board for FocalPoint International, an organization of over 200 elite business coaching and training professionals located on four continents.

An expert in personal effectiveness training, business development, strategic planning and employee engagement, Nick works directly with business owners and corporate executives in one on one and group coaching sessions.

Shahid Sheikh

Shahid Sheikh is a is a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) through the International Coach Federation. He has 40+ years of progressive and broad-based management and leadership experience in multiple sectors.

He coaches for a number of reasons – some are selfish, whereas most are altruistic. Coaching affords him the opportunities to focus on what matters to you, get to know your “who” and to trust your own inner expert.

He specializes in the individuals who have recently moved into the executive or the C-suite roles, who are not at the executive level and who are looking to enhance their leadership skills.
